We often do not hear good things about Lindsay Lohan in the news, but now, this Hollywood actress is making positive headlines, allegedly claiming to be casting her vote for Mitt Romney. We just want to ask you who claim to love Jesus Christ, why can't you follow this Hollywood celebrity and vote based on what is going on in our country, instead of based on race?
Many of us grew up in the black church and when we were very young, we had an absolute reason to discuss racial matters, because there was less diversity. However, now since we have more diversity in America, interracial marriages and bi-racial children more than ever, there is no need to vote for a presidential candidate based on race. We need to be more concerned with how God feels as born again Christians. Many of you are making an another excuse to vote for President Obama, not only because you desire to keep a black man (really bi-racial) in office, but you claim to not desire Mitt Romney for president, because of his Mormon beliefs. What's worse, the gay agenda dominating America or just a man who happens to be a Mormon in the White House? Really, you should only vote for Jesus Christ, but-since most of you within the black church feel we should vote, because there was once a time we did not have a right to do so, you should vote what is closest to God's commandments, not what goes against them. Please remember, we are not living back in the 1960's when we were facing inequality in America, so black church, it pays to do what is right, according to this era.
SCR readers, Hollywood celebrities, both black and white seem to be concerned more about what is going on in our economy and also, traditional values. We ask you, why can't the black church show they love Jesus Christ with all of their heart, mind and soul and let go of voting for a candidate based on race, since there is so much diversity in America now?
